BNL Industries, Inc. has completed an extensive process improvement campaign across the entire production and order placement process. After 6 months of working with Six Sigma professionals and Lean process experts, improvements are now in place to lower setup times and reduce costs from the moment an order is placed through final shipment. In hard economic times, BNL is doing all it can to pass savings along to our customers.

This process renews BNL’s commitment to the Lean Pathways program that was instituted by Northrop Grumman in 2003.
